My attorney sent the application to TSC on Aug 14th. Now its with NSC with a receipt date of Oct 9th. Received EAD for my wife. But haven't received AP for either of us.

Just called Scott Brown and Senator Greg. The person who picked up the phone in Scott Brown offcie noted my name and address. He said he will give my message to the Senator. The lady in Judd Gregg office said that Senator has not yet decided on the immigration proposal but she said the Senator appreciates the call. She did not ask my details but said that the Senator has supported immigration bills in the past. They both sounded very positive.
Printed out the post and I will continue to call all Senators.

i have seen so many people got approved from wells fargo on 485 pending stage???
i'm in same problem if somebody can light on this.....
Is 485 application notice and Ead plus I 140 will be enought for Refinance from well fargo?
i have current mortgage with well fargo and i'm trying to do refinance after 4 years with good credit history with no payment missed in last 4 years.
any help would be really helpful to talk with wells fargo

Did use the technique mentioned here and was able to send the flyer to all new agencies in less then 5 minutes.

here is small shortcut:So switch off javascript
on IE go
Tools>Internet Options>Security>Internet>Custom level>Scripting
Close the browser and open it for again for your state.
also the format is like this if you want to send numerically

This makes a lot of sense and so does the fact that GC wait times for EB immigrants be considered as part of citizenship waittime after 140 is appoved. However, let us do this in parts, let us get the basics right before we build a castle.
Without simple effective legislations like filing for 485, increase in total numbers etc, we are talking about inhuman suffering for everyone.
I came in 1999, my friend came in 2000, he has GC, I am in 140 stage, is that fair, of course not. But then life is not fair in lots of things, and we got make things work for us.
Let us concentrate on our agenda for the time being.

Even if you are RN licenes and educated in the USA. You still need a visa screen. I had to apply for visa screen. In my case it took only 1 week to get it. you can apply on line and send your documents. I'm not sure about the EAD though. YOu may wwant to post your question on the free Consultaion thread.

I believe so. I assume that USCIS eventually sends a letter acknowledging the revocation, but I don't know for sure.

The July 2008 Visa Bulletin has said Exactly the same, but in different words, what I have been saying for the past few months about the EB2-India and EB3-India Movements.
EB2 India will move very fast till 01 JAN 06 as because based on June 2007 bulletin, just before the july fiasco,( http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_3236.html ) the PD for China is 01 JAN 06. That means in EB2 Category except India and China every other country is current. So till India reaches 01 JAN 06 PD in EB2, all the spill overs will be moved to EB2 India,because the spill overs will be alloted based on the priority of old PD(Priority Date). By the time India EB2 reaches 01 JAN 06, China PD in EB2 will move further from 01 JAN 06 by using its 7% quota. So Inidia PD for EB2 again moves fast till that changed China PD using the spill overs. After that India and China will share the spill overs based on the PD priority. All this happens if and only if the USCIS works effectively and uses all the available visa numbers for the present fiscal year. My prediction for EB2 India PD is it touch 2005 /even cross few months in 2005 by the end of this year if USCIS works effectively.
For all Eb3s along with EB2s with PD after April 2005, the movement in the coming visa bulletins wont be much encoraging unless the new Obama government does something significant about employent based category or immigrationvoice does a fruitful lobbying. The doings of something by obama government to employment based category is not in our hands. The only thing we could do is to help IV and help ourrselves by contributing to it to reach its financial target for better lobbying. Or else wait for the Visa Bulletin every month with great hopes, sorry dreams, for your PD to become current, and satisfy with your EADs for years ahead.
