What will the answer to the question Current immigration status while filing EAD electonically, i am on EAD rite now and i have never used my advance parole.* Pls help..
In e-file this question is not mandatory, so I guess we can leave it blank in case we have doubt.

Yes you can call them as many times as you want. If the case is serious you can request the Level 1 employees to escalate you to Level 2 and most of the times they will oblige.

50 new individuals become naturalized U.S. citizens March 1, 2010 in a special ceremony at the Robert F. Kennedy Department of Justice's Great Hall. In light of this special ceremony, the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) has published the following citizenship statistics:

From the Houston Chronicle: More Texas voters think unauthorized immigrants should be allowed to stay in the United States � through either a path to citizenship or work visas � than favor deporting them, according to a new Houston Chronicle/San Antonio Express-News poll. The poll showed that 38 percent of respondents favoring deportation � drawing the most support of the three options offered. Any one had luck refiling I140 in EB3 for denied EB2 I140 (for same labor)?
Also is it possible to request USCIS to change an EB2 I140 denied partition to EB3 during an appeal?
It depends on several factors...
Example PERM Job requirements, reason for 140 denial...etc

The time spent in H4 does NOT count towards the 6 year H1 time. So in your case the H1 clock starts from Sep 2004.

I have the same situatation and called them numerous times. They say they will honour the actual date that is written on the receipt and not on the web site. When you call USCIS, you have to tell them that your receipt date is different than what is displayed on the web stie.

My company got a NOF from PBEC asking on why they filed labor from State-A when the company HQ is in State B. Company has a branch office in State-A. Did any one of you get these kind of NOF, if so how did you answer the NOF. Help is really appreicated.

Can someone guide me which category i am eligible to file my Labor with current employer?
As of today, i have bachelors + 6 yrs of experience. But when i joined my current employer, i had 4 years of exp.
1. Am i eligible for EB2 category with Current employer?
2. Or do i need to change current employer and file my GC?

Hi everyone,
I have come to this form for help of one thing: for a long time I know that when switching jobs using ac21 you need to make sure that the job code is same and job description is similar, i know from my approved 140&perm that mine is 15-1032 (computer engineer),
the job description of both company are 90% same.
But they know nothing about the job code and ask me what is this code and where this is used . Can somebody help me with this?
btw, my old job title is computer engineer, my new title is manager of computer system engineer. is that a problem ? if yes , if I asked them to demote that to computer system engineer leader, is it better?
