I was not sure where to put this question. But would apprecite if anyone can reply to this based on the knowledge they have.
I know a friend who has done Bachelors in Computer Application in india. She is now in US and wanted to know the options for working or studying in US.
Is she eligible to take up MS degree..???
Is she eligible for H1b..???
Any suggestions will be greatly apprecited. I apologize if this questions does not suite this discussion forum.

@Kirupa: Not live tiles, but selection tiles (thumbnails) -- square boxes with text and maybe an image . They are use in panoramic applications instead of a list box.
You should do a video tutorial on creating the different elements of a panoramic app, i.e., the listbox, selection tiles (thumbnails), and a listbox with text+image(on the left). I think the xbox hub is a great example.

My I 485 package was returned as it didnt have the approval notice of I 140, which was submitted a day later than I485 by my company.
It is such a frustrating situation as i have been waiting since 1999 for my GC , and when i got this golden chance my company was not serious enuf to submit the papers in time !
I am doubting the company , as they would have done all this intentionally to keep me in their co. for longer time!The returned letter they have provided me shows no reference no, file no, or either my name ! how can i believe if they have even submitted any papers for I485 or not ?
They say they can refile again .. but duno what to do ??
Can anybody be kind enough to help me out here!

As of May 29, 2009, approximately 45,800 H-1B cap-subject petitions had been received by USCIS and counted towards the H-1B cap. Approximately 20,000 petitions qualifying for the advanced degree cap exemption had been filed. USCIS will continue to accept both cap-subject petitions and advanced degree petitions until a sufficient number of H-1B petitions have been received to reach the statutory limits.

I have applied for GC in Aug '07. I recently renewed my H1-B (7th year). I noticed that there is a mistake in the A# of my Green card application (Beneficiary #) on the H1-B approval notice.
Has any one else had this happen? Does any one know what can be done regarding this?

you will have to get it corrected, ask you lawyer to file the correction form ( i don't remember the form# top of my head).

Hey guys, I was wondering what program you guys use to view RAW files from your Sony (Alpha 200 in my case)?
I am particularly interested in a viewer where I can scroll throw a folder of images quickly full scree, using the arrow keys on the keyboard, possibly with an option to zoom in 100% and also possibly where I can easily delete the image with a press of the Delete button. You guys know of any freebie utility viewer like that? I tried MaxView from Faststone but it does not seem to display the pic in high quality. Thanks.

People suggest to work for 6 months...Remember there is no rule to work for 6 months. But just incase if somebody ask at the time of applying for citizenship, you can show that you worked for 6 months.
